* WHAT…For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 28 expected. For the Frost Advisory, temperatures as low as 34 will result in frost formation.
* WHERE…Coastal Hernando, Inland Hillsborough, Inland Pasco, and Polk Counties.
* WHEN…From 4 AM to 8 AM EST Thursday.
* IMPACTS…Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure. Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
