We have gotten reports of an incident near the 5th St. NE and Ave O NE intersection in Winter Haven.
We reached out to Winter Haven Public Safety Department’s Public Information Officer Jamie Brown for information.
A shooting has been confirmed in this area. Brown has advised there are injuries and no updates on conditions at this time, however the injuries appear to be non-life threatening.
Anyone possibly involved has been accounted for and police are interviewing all people possibly involved. There is no public danger.
